Legal counsel review is required before relying on these terms for commercial launch, paid features, prizes, minors, sponsorships, or regulated promotions.

Service

Read The Game is a private-league football prediction game. Users create accounts, join leagues, submit predictions, manage league settings when authorized, and view scores and leaderboards.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully.

Game Content

Predictions, display names, league names, custom storyline prompts, and related game inputs must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful. League owners and administrators are responsible for the content they create for their leagues.

No Betting or Prizes

Read The Game does not implement payments, wagering, cash prizes, or odds. Do not use the service for betting or regulated gambling activity.

Fair Use

Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another user's private data. Automated use is not allowed unless explicitly approved.

Availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Football data may be delayed or unavailable when external providers or hosting services fail.

Account Export and Deletion

Authenticated users can export their account data and request account deletion from the Account area. Deletion removes the Supabase Auth user and associated rows that are configured to cascade from that user.

Liability

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the app. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the current version.
